NOTE:
Most foil manufactures are slowly starting to use 'inflated dimensions' instead of 'flat dimensions'. During this transition you might notice a slightly smaller size on the packaging vs what websites show. Also, if you cannot find a balloon in a particular size that you used to, it may be because the website has been updated to the new 'inflated dimension'. In most cases these are the same balloons they always have been, its just how the manufacture is choosing to measure that is changing.
